Returns & Cancellations

Because Signovation products, particularly our custom GOBO lenses, are manufactured with precision for your specific brand logo, our return and cancellation policies are designed to be transparent and fair for both parties

Advance Payment for Customization

• 25% Advance: All orders involving custom lens production require a 25% advance payment
• Non-Refundable: This 25% fee covers the unique design and production of your customized GOBO lens. Since these lenses cannot be reused or resold, the advance is strictly non-refundable once production begins

Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Manufacturing: If you cancel your order before production starts, we will refund any amount paid, excluding the 25% non-refundable advance
• After Production Begins: If cancellation occurs after lens design or production has started, the 25% advance remains non-refundable, and up to 30% of the total invoice value may be deducted for work already completed
• Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails because the customer is unreachable or refuses the package, the order will be considered cancelled, and the 25% custom lens fee will not be refunded

Return Policy

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom GOBO lenses and customized projectors are non-returnable
• Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for unused items with verified manufacturing defects
• Reporting Window: Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Exclusions: Products that have been used, installed, or physically damaged by the user cannot be returned
• Replacement Only: Approved returns for defective items will be resolved through replacement, not a refund

Warranty and Support

• Electronics: We provide a 1-year warranty on the electronics of our projectors
• Lenses: There is no warranty on the custom lens itself
• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover physical damage, improper installation, or water damage (unless you have purchased a specific IP-rated outdoor model)
