Delivery Timeline
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch immediately after the 25% advance payment is confirmed
Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 7 business days following dispatch, depending on your location.

Secure Packaging: We use premium materials to protect the high grade optical lenses and electronics during transit
Transit Damage & Verification
Inspection: Upon receiving your package, please inspect it immediately for any signs of external damage.
Reporting Period: Any damage caused during transit must be reported to Signovation within 24 hours of delivery
Required Proof: To process a claim for transit damage, you must provide an unboxing video and photo proof
Resolution: For verified transit damage, we will issue a replacement unit. Please note that refunds are not provided for custom manufactured items
