Shipping Rates and Coverage
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India.
- International Shipping: For orders outside of India, shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight. Please contact us for a custom quote.
Delivery Timeline
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for dispatch immediately after the 25% advance payment is confirmed
- Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 7 business days following dispatch, depending on your location.
Quality Assurance & Dispatch
- Rigorous Testing: Every projector unit passes a comprehensive quality check at our facility before it is packed for shipping to ensure it meets our high standards for clarity and durability
- Secure Packaging: We use premium materials to protect the high-grade optical lenses and electronics during transit
Transit Damage & Verification
- Inspection: Upon receiving your package, please inspect it immediately for any signs of external damage.
- Reporting Period: Any damage caused during transit must be reported to Signovation within 24 hours of delivery
- Required Proof: To process a claim for transit damage, you must provide an unboxing video and photo proof
- Resolution: For verified transit damage, we will issue a replacement unit. Please note that refunds are not provided for custom-manufactured items
