  • Free Shipping in India: We offer free delivery on all orders within India. For international orders, shipping charges depend on destination and package weight. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Order Processing: Orders are prepared for dispatch once the 25% advance payment is confirmed.
  • Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 1–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Quality Check & Packaging: Every projector undergoes rigorous testing and is packed securely to protect the optical lenses and electronics during transit.
  • Transit Damage: Please inspect the package upon delivery. Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours with unboxing video and photo proof. Verified cases will receive a replacement unit (refunds are not available for custom-manufactured items).
  • 25% Advance for Custom Orders: All orders require a 25% advance payment for custom GOBO lens production. This amount is non-refundable once production begins because the lens is made specifically for your logo.
  • Order Cancellation:
    • Before production: Order can be cancelled, but the 25% advance is non-refundable.
    • After production starts: The 25% advance remains non-refundable, and up to 30% of the order value may be deducted for work already completed.
    • Failed delivery: If the package is refused or the customer is unreachable, the order is considered cancelled and the 25% advance will not be refunded.
  • Returns: Custom GOBO lenses and customized projectors are non-returnable. Returns are accepted only for unused items with verified manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approved cases are handled through replacement only, not refunds.
  • Warranty: Projector electronics include a 1-year warranty. The custom lens is not covered under warranty. Damage caused by improper installation, physical damage, or water exposure is not covered.
