Pixel pitch is the distance between the centres of two LED dots, in millimetres. A smaller number means a sharper picture and a closer comfortable viewing distance. A common rule of thumb: a screen reads sharply from about as many metres away as its pitch in millimetres — P4 from roughly 4 m (shop fronts), P1.8 from roughly 2 m (a podium in front of an audience).

Yes. Every screen ships in its finished body — MS, aluminium or steel depending on the model — with fitting accessories and an installation guide, so a local electrician can mount it and plug it in.

Service terms are written into every quotation rather than promised as one universal figure, because they vary by product and project. For projects sold with a one-year service commitment, Sign India keeps spare LED modules from the same production lot where practical, so a covered module replacement matches the rest of the screen in colour, and a failed power supply is handled on a piece-to-piece replacement basis during the applicable period. Physical or accidental damage, electrical surges, improper or missing earthing, water entering from a site leak, lightning, fire and third-party repairs are not covered. Support always starts with a fault diagnosis: module, power supply, data card, controller, cabling or electrical input.

Total display area, pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor rating, the module and cabinet batch, refresh-rate class, the controller, the support structure, installation height and access equipment, cabling, transport to your city, and the service terms. That is why we quote after a site assessment rather than from a per-square-foot rate alone.

Filming quality depends on the refresh rate. For premium projects Sign India prefers high-refresh configurations (6000 Hz / 7680 Hz class) where the selected product supports them, because they reduce the scan lines and flicker that phones and cameras pick up. If your screen will be filmed for social media, events or broadcast, say so in the enquiry and we will specify a high-refresh configuration.

Your city and exact location, clear site photos (a short video helps), the required screen size, where it will be fixed (wall, ACP façade, steel structure, terrace, pole, stage, indoor wall), the height of the screen bottom from the ground, the nearest and normal viewing distance, whether it faces sun and rain, what it will show, the daily operating hours, and your required go-live date. From that we recommend the pixel pitch, structure and installation method for your site.

Not automatically. Pools, wet and high-humidity areas need a site-specific check of water exposure, power isolation, earthing, enclosure protection and safe service access before a screen is chosen — never pick a standard indoor screen just because the area is visually indoors.
