Your Logo & Ordering
How does my logo get into the projector?
Upload your logo when ordering. We laser engrave it onto an optical glass disc (called a gobo) in house, slide it into your projector, and ship it ready to use.
Can I change my logo later?
Yes, you only order a new glass gobo, not a new projector. Slide the new one in and you're done.
What logo file should I send?
Send the best-quality version you have. The original design file (AI, CDR, PDF or SVG) is ideal because it engraves sharpest, but a clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. If you are not sure, send what you have and our team will tell you if a better version is needed.
Can I see my logo projected before I buy?
Yes, send us your logo on
Email and we'll project it in our showroom and send you a video, free.
Returns & Warranty
Can I cancel my order?
Before production starts: yes, we refund everything except the 25% advance. After lens production has begun: the advance stays non-refundable and up to 30% of the invoice may be deducted for work already done.
Can I return my projector?
Custom gobo lenses and customized projectors can't be returned (they're made for your logo alone). Unused items with a verified manufacturing defect are replaced. Report within 48 hours of delivery.
What warranty do I get?
One year warranty on the projector's electronics. The custom lens itself carries no warranty. Not covered: physical damage, improper installation, or water damage on non-waterproof models (our IP67 rated outdoor models are built for rain).
Weather & Durability
Will it survive heavy rain and monsoon season?
Yes. ORBIT, NOVA and RIPPLEX are IP67 rated, which means the body is fully sealed against dust and protected against water, including heavy rain and even brief submersion. They're built to stay mounted outside through the monsoon. (AURA is our indoor model and should never be mounted outside.)
What about harsh summer sun and heat?
The outdoor models are built in metal grade housings with large cooling fins designed for continuous outdoor duty in Indian conditions.
Can it really run all night, every night?
Yes, that's what it's designed for. LED projection has no bulb to burn out and nothing to maintain; switch it on at dusk, off at dawn (or use a timer), every day.
Is water damage covered by the warranty?
On the IP67 outdoor models (ORBIT, NOVA, RIPPLEX), yes: weather is what they're built for. On AURA, no: it's an indoor product, and water damage on it isn't covered.
