Looking for the right gobo projector in India? Price is only one part of the decision. The correct projector depends on the throw distance, required projection size, ambient light, projection surface, lens, and whether the installation is indoors or outdoors.

Five factors matter most: light output, throw distance, image size, lens selection and weather protection. These factors work together, so wattage should never be selected from distance alone.
As the distance between the projector and projection surface increases, the available light is spread over a larger area. A longer throw or larger image therefore normally requires more output.

These figures are starting points, not a universal wattage calculator. A bright environment, large projection diameter, dark surface or difficult mounting position can require a different configuration.
The lens is one of the most important parts of a professional gobo installation. Wattage primarily affects available light; the optical configuration and throw distance determine how the projected image is formed and sized.
For example, two customers may both install a projector 5 metres from the surface but want very different logo sizes. They may therefore need different optical configurations even when the mounting distance is identical.

A projector installed in a dim banquet hall is working under very different conditions from one installed beside illuminated retail signage. Existing light competes with the projected image.
If the logo must remain visible in a brightly illuminated commercial environment, additional output may be required even at a relatively short throw. For this reason, we recommend selecting the projector after considering the actual installation environment.
Outdoor equipment needs more than a bright LED. Its housing, sealing, cable entry and thermal management have to be appropriate for exposure to dust, moisture and weather.

The gobo is the small optical element containing the artwork that the projector reproduces as light.

A permanent printed or fabricated sign can be the more economical solution when the message will remain unchanged. Projection becomes particularly useful when the location needs temporary branding, seasonal communication, event graphics or regularly changing creative without repeatedly installing printed material on the same surface.
