How big is the CITYWALL, and where does it fit?
The display is 3 feet high by 6 feet wide — the size of a large shop hoarding — in an aluminium body. It is the screen we ship most, typically above a storefront, on a showroom pillar, or on a wall facing the street.
What does P4 mean?
P4 is the pixel pitch: LED dots 4 mm apart. As a rule of thumb a screen reads sharply from about as many metres as its pitch in millimetres, so a P4 wall is designed to be viewed from roughly 4 metres and beyond, which suits shop fronts and showrooms.
How is the content changed?
From your mobile. Videos, offers and creatives are managed on your phone, so the wall can show something new every day without a technician.
Is it ready to install?
Yes. CITYWALL arrives ready to install in its aluminium body. Our own team installs in Gujarat; in Maharashtra installation depends on the project; elsewhere we coordinate with your local fabricator. Tell us your city in the enquiry form and we will confirm.
Can I get a different size?

Who makes it and where?
CITYWALL is designed and built by Sign India Corporation in Surat, Gujarat — a manufacturer since 1996, not a reseller — and sold under the Signovation brand. It ships all over India.
Where do you install, and where do you deliver?
Gujarat is our primary region — Surat, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Vapi, Bharuch and other cities: site study, supply, installation and after-sales are handled directly as per the project scope. Maharashtra — Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik — is a priority region where supply and installation are available depending on project size and location. For every other city in India we manufacture in Surat, deliver the product to your site and coordinate installation with your local fabricator or electrician — ready-to-mount units like these are made for exactly that. Worldwide supply is possible for selected products; freight, duties and installation are quoted separately.
What warranty and after-sales service do you provide?
Service terms are written into every quotation rather than promised as one universal figure, because they vary by product and project. For projects sold with a one-year service commitment, Sign India keeps spare LED modules from the same production lot where practical, so a covered module replacement matches the rest of the screen in colour, and a failed power supply is handled on a piece-to-piece replacement basis during the applicable period. Physical or accidental damage, electrical surges, improper or missing earthing, water entering from a site leak, lightning, fire and third-party repairs are not covered. Support always starts with a fault diagnosis: module, power supply, data card, controller, cabling or electrical input.
Will the screen look good when people film it on a phone?
Filming quality depends on the refresh rate. For premium projects Sign India prefers high-refresh configurations (6000 Hz / 7680 Hz class) where the selected product supports them, because they reduce the scan lines and flicker that phones and cameras pick up. If your screen will be filmed for social media, events or broadcast, say so in the enquiry and we will specify a high-refresh configuration.
What should I send to get a quotation?
Your city and exact location, clear site photos (a short video helps), the required screen size, where it will be fixed (wall, ACP façade, steel structure, terrace, pole, stage, indoor wall), the height of the screen bottom from the ground, the nearest and normal viewing distance, whether it faces sun and rain, what it will show, the daily operating hours, and your required go-live date. From that we recommend the pixel pitch, structure and installation method for your site.
