This is why we quote after a site assessment rather than from a per-square-foot rate alone: two screens of the same size can need very different structures and installation.
The most common way to overspend is buying a finer pitch than your viewers can see. Rule of thumb: the pitch in millimetres is roughly the nearest comfortable viewing distance in metres.
